VT3k Electronics — No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final. VT3k Electronics does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please carefully review the product description, specifications, compatibility, and requirements before completing your purchase.

Due to the nature of RC electronics and performance components, we cannot accept products back once purchased.

Defective Products & Warranty

A no-return policy does not replace the warranty provided with eligible VT3k Electronics products.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period specified for that product. Approved warranty claims will be handled according to the individual product’s warranty terms.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by crashes, improper installation, incorrect wiring or voltage, reversed polarity, modifications, water or moisture, excessive loads, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact VT3k Electronics promptly after delivery with your order information and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, the sale is final.

By completing a purchase from VT3k Electronics, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Return / No Refund Policy.
