1. Products & Product Information

VT3k Electronics specializes in RC electronics, components, and performance products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and compatibility information are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, and we reserve the right to correct errors or update product information without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate and compatible with their intended application before purchasing.

2. RC Electronics & Installation

Many VT3k Electronics products are performance RC components that require proper installation, setup, programming, and operation.

The customer is responsible for proper installation and use of all products, including correct wiring, polarity, voltage, gearing, endpoints, programming, and other applicable settings.

VT3k Electronics is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring or polarity, incompatible components, excessive voltage or load, crashes, water or moisture, overheating, modifications, misuse, or operation outside the product’s intended specifications.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by VT3k Electronics.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other reasonable circumstances.

If VT3k Electronics cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed or shipped.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges associated with their order when required.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

VT3k Electronics is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. VT3k Electronics does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please carefully review product specifications and compatibility before purchasing.

Receiving a product that you believe has a manufacturing defect does not constitute a return request. Eligible defects are handled under the applicable product warranty.

7. Product Warranty

Certain VT3k Electronics products include a limited warranty. Warranty duration and coverage may vary by product.

Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from crashes, misuse, improper installation, incorrect voltage or wiring, modifications, water or moisture, excessive loads, normal wear and tear, or other conditions excluded by the applicable warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VT3k Electronics will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the installation, use, misuse, or failure of a product.

RC vehicles and electronics should always be operated responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

The VT3k Electronics name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to VT3k Electronics unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission from VT3k Electronics or the applicable rights holder.

10. Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions

VT3k Electronics reserves the right to review, hold, cancel, or refuse orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or misuse of our website.
